At House of Niyots, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Fabrics that have been cut or altered
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via email at info@houseofniyots.com or WhatsApp at +234 909 321 4613 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Contact us to arrange.
